Fitness isn't related to the physical only. One can be fit mentally, emotionally, spiritually, psychologically, psychically, relationally, financially as well as others. Stay well.
If your emotions control you, you're out of control. If you control your emotions, you're in control. People who feel the most out of control can be the most controlling. Knowing the root cause of a negative emotion can make it easier to resolve and prevent hurting others unnecessarily.
A past life issue can be viewed as -
- a former way of living, such as a person that was in a particular profession or a certain lifestyle that they are no longer involved in,
- a past personality
- what is often believed as some kind of issue that was created in another life that is believed one had lived.
Neck and shoulders are a common place for tension of stress to manifest. Some people may
carry it in other locations like the back, chest and head. The
manifestations of stress may also vary. Such as tension headaches that
can worsen into migraines and lower back discomfort which causes
limitations and difficulty in walking comfortably.
There are things we can do on our own to help us release the tension. You
are welcome to try the following techniques.
Whenever you are at the office and/or trying to unwind while in bed.
Start by taking some deep breaths that fill the lower lungs. Cause your
tummy and back to expand. As you exhale cause the muscles in your in your
abs to gently squeeze all the air out. Cause your tummy and back to
contract. This action creates a healthy tension. Breathe slowly and
deeply. At the point complete inhalation or exhalation hold your breath
for about 2 count/seconds then release. Do ...
There was man who was playing basketball, had an accident and had bruised
his hand. The next day there was a little bruise and discomfort, but the
hand was healing. There were, however, some issues that kept the feeling
of discomfort there. The discomfort level was at 2. As he was being
cleared, one issue in particular was age. Age had become a limitation.
After the clearing, he felt an improvement. Not all the pain was from the
bruise or physical injury.
Here are some culprits that may slow someone down.
1. Age is a number that can have enough issues to it, that it can slow
someone down. Some of the attachments may include. "Your this 'age', so
you should feel this 'way'", "Your too old to do 'this' or 'that'."
2. Then there are time issues such as "At this 'time' of your life you
should or shouldn't _________." Time could be a decade that your in.
Perhaps a 'time of day' or 'time of the month' issue. Such as, "I ...
" I CAN'T STAND _______________!!!" Fill in the blank. What is it that
would make you say this? Now, let's deal with this issue. This "I can't
stand" energy can be linked to or influence the feet, ankles, knees, hips,

Whether you are building your dream or working through an issue, sometimes things don't seem to be go the way we want them to. When things don't seem to be working and emotions are high, then it can be very difficult to come up with a solution for your issue.
Steps to improving your intuition.
1. Dislodge any preconceived ideas, biases, or prejudgements.
2. Be open to insight that may not make sense or seems logical.
3. Quiet the soul (mind, will, emotions). Be still. Neutral. Empty. Shh...
4. Wait. Listen. Write down what you get. Was it insight or instruction?
5. Now wait for confirmation. Accurate confirmation or manifestation builds confidence.
